Greek chicken marinade
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar or more to taste
- 2 lemon juice only
- 2 teaspoon honey or more to taste
- 2 teaspoon dried garlic powder
- 4 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt or more to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon ground paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 pound chicken parts I used boneless, skinless chicken breast
Directions
Place chicken in ziploc bag and pound chicken to ~0.5-0.75" thickness.
Whisk marinade ingredients in a separate bowl.
Dump marinade into bag and let chicken marinate in the fridge for at least 30 min.
When ready to cook, let chicken sit out for ~20 min, and preheat oven to 400F.
Bake until internal temperature reaches 165F.
